西湖创意谷
西湖创意谷位于杭州核心城区上城，是上城区政府与中国美术学院联合打造的杭州市最具有代表性的产业园区，由若干个创意产业孵化基地、创意产业生活区、创意体验区等组成。
西湖创意谷以中国美院的人才、技术和成果为依托，结合钱江新城建设和城市改造，大力发展环境规划设计、园艺设计、城市色彩设计等新兴设计产业，构建完整设计产业链。同时园区注重吸引国内外相关企业和资金进入，联合共建“中国美院大学科技园”，为创意企业的集群化、规模化发展提供空间。园区在发展产业孵化区的同时发展展示交易区，启用全息流量商业生态运行模式，将人文景观与自然生态景观和建筑景观有机融合，积极推动中国古文化、艺术产业经济圈的崛起。西湖创意谷还致力于文化旅游业，着力构建以南山路、万松岭路为轴线的文化休闲产业带；依托丰富的文化旅游资源，计划建设一批在国内外有影响力的精品文化旅游景区和旅游线路，策划一批在国内外有影响力的文化旅游活动，打造具有杭州文化特色的休闲旅游品牌。

Located in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, West Lake Creative Valley is composed of creative industry incubation base, residence for people of the creative industry and creative experience district etc.
Depending on the talents, technologies and research achievements of CAA and taking “originality, high-class, fine products, fashion” as the theme, West Lake Creative Valley emphasizes the functional positioning of originality, innovation and creation. Taking the chance of construction of Qianjiang New City and reconstruction of the old city, it actively promotes new industries such as environment planning and design, garden design, city color design to create a complete industrial chain of design. Meanwhile, it also pays special attention to introduction of new enterprises and new capital investment in the park, works together with CAA to create a college creative science and technology park and provide space for creative enterprises to survive and development. The park has created a special district for exhibition and trade and started holographic business information mode while developing the industrial incubation district. It supports combination of cultural views and natural views and promotes development of industries related to ancient Chinese culture and art. West Lake Creative Valley also works to develop cultural tourism of Hangzhou by building the culture and leisure industry along the axis of Nanshan Road and Wansongling Road. Depending rich cultural tourism resource, create fine cultural tourist attractions and travel lines that can attract tourists from all over the world, plan important cultural tourism events with great influence and create a tourism brand with special Hangzhou flavor for the city.
